Things have been a little quiet here of late, understandably so given the circumstances we find ourselves in!
A few weeks ago a commission popped up on behalf of LJ Interiors, a London based interior design practise, to photography a recent project of theirs in Swansea.

Photography for property developers. /
In the past year or so I’ve been taking a number of photography jobs for local property developers. Often once a project is complete and looking to go to sale/rent there is a need for some professional images to go with the listing.
Occasionally estate/letting agents employ their own photographer but its always nice to have a collection of images from each development that can be used in a portfolio of previous work and for various social media.
Here are some examples of this kind of work. In these Covid times this can be done safely and relatively quickly. All I need is access to the property, no other contact is required!

Architecture Photographer Wales: Cardiff bay /
A fleeting visit to Cardiff to shoot a portrait feature yesterday. I was asked to capture some images of the Welsh Assembly Senedd building to go along with the feature in the magazine.
