Photography for property developers.

In the past year or so I’ve been taking a number of photography jobs for local property developers. Often once a project is complete and looking to go to sale/rent there is a need for some professional images to go with the listing.

Occasionally estate/letting agents employ their own photographer but its always nice to have a collection of images from each development that can be used in a portfolio of previous work and for various social media.

Here are some examples of this kind of work. In these Covid times this can be done safely and relatively quickly. All I need is access to the property, no other contact is required!

Finally here is the main image of the building, with the roadworks and street furniture removed!

I’ve just infished up a shoot for a new student development here in Swansea. While I’m waiting for the main shot to come back from retouching here are a couple of detail images from the interior part of the shoot.

Once the rest are out in the world i’ll be sharing some more of the interior hero shots.

Personal Work: 25 de Abril Bridge, Lisbon

A couple more images from my trip to Lisbon. This time of the 25 de Abril bridge that connects Lisbon to Almada and spans the river Tagus.

On an unrealted note, I’ve no idea whats happened to Adobe Lightroom recently. Exports seem to be taking forever and massively hogging system resources making in pretty much impossible to do anything else. Along with just being a lot slower than it was a short while ago.

Maybe the recent update has mashed things up but it isn’t half annoying when you spend all day on the damn thing!

A fleeting visit to Cardiff to shoot a portrait feature yesterday. I was asked to capture some images of the Welsh Assembly Senedd building to go along with the feature in the magazine.
